Welcome to GIGAMU! The Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth herein apply to your access and use of gigamu.com and any other sites or services linked to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

Use of the Services is subject to the Terms established herein. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN, AS WELL AS ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES. By becoming a member of GIGAMU.COM, you agree to receive news from the server and partners, which will be sent weekly.

1. Eligibility

The Services may not be used by individuals under 18 years of age. By this instrument, you declare that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority according to applicable law).

• Engage in discriminatory, defamatory, libelous, virulent, harassing, abusive, obscene, threatening, physically dangerous, illegal, or otherwise objectionable conduct;
• Attempt to indicate in any way that you have a relationship with us or that we endorse you or endorse any products or services for any purpose;
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, spam, "junk mail," chain letters, or pyramid schemes, or gather or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Services for the purpose of sending spam and other forms of commercial messages;
• Use reverse engineering tools on any aspect of the Services, attempt to discover source codes, circumvent measures taken to prevent or limit access to any area, content, or code related to the Services (except when expressly permitted by law);
• Use or attempt to use other users' accounts without their authorization or publish, upload, transmit, distribute, store, disclose, or send through the Services User Content that contains personal information of any person, including, without limitation, name, address, email address, or credit card information;
• Publish, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, disclose, or send through the Services viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, detrimental, or destructive files;
• Develop any third-party applications that interact with User Content or the Services without our prior written authorization; or
• Use robots, 'iframes,' 'spiders,' 'crawlers,' 'scrapers,' and other automated means or interfaces to access the Services, including, without limitation, to copy, extract, aggregate, display, disclose, or distribute;
• Resell purchased items.

In case of non-compliance with these Terms of Use, the user may be permanently banned from accessing the services.

5. Payment Information

The service is free, but the user can choose to purchase benefits (items) by making a payment. Upon making a payment, the user will receive a package with credits (virtual currency). With this currency, the user can acquire the desired benefits.

5.1. Refund Policy

5.1.1. Refund Eligibility

Unused Currency - A refund will only be permitted when it is verified that the virtual currency has not been used. If it is found that any part of the purchased currency has been used or transferred within the game, the refund request becomes invalid.

5.1.2. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be made within 7 (seven) business days from the date of purchase. Any request made after this period will not be considered.

5.1.3. Non-Refundable Situations

Fraudulent Requests: Any attempt to request a refund for used currency, including partial use or transfer to another account, will be considered fraudulent. Users who submit fraudulent refund requests will be permanently banned, and no additional refunds will be granted.

Abuse of the Refund Policy: Users who attempt to abuse the refund policy, such as repeatedly requesting refunds or exploiting the system, will have their accounts investigated and may face permanent ban and loss of all assets in the game.

6. Licensing

Our files are licensed by XTeam Servers (https://www.xteamdev.com/). We have the right to use the license on a private game server.

7. Ownership

Updates to the sources are made by third parties, with all rights belonging to GIGAMU.

8. Modification/Termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Services, or any of their features or parts, without prior notice. You acknowledge that we may suspend or cancel your right to access our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice, obligations, or liabilities to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. GIGAMU.COM will not be responsible for any lost/missing/stolen items. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS, USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SERVICES CONTESTED IN THE CLAIM IN QUESTION. IF A LAW RESTRICTS OUR ABILITY TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THAT CASE, WE LIMIT OUR LIABILITY AND DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
